Our training program is built on an accredited, industry-recognized virtual platform trusted by property management companies across the country. Learn HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair at your own pace — accessible anytime, anywhere.
Earn your EPA 608
EPA 608 certification is required to legally handle refrigerants. We get you certified so you're qualified before you ever step on a property. This certification is yours to keep, permanently.

Your Training

Oakmont is partnered with a leading online workforce training provider that goes far beyond basic instruction. The curriculum is IACET-accredited and trusted by property management companies nationwide. You'll build hands-on skills through immersive simulations covering HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and more.
On top of that, you'll earn your EPA 608 certification, the federally mandated credential for handling refrigerants. This certification is yours permanently, regardless of where your career takes you.
